MAD LAB is the encounter between David and Cyril, passionated about good things and socially and environmentally committed.

MAD LAB’s mission is to offer a healthy alternative to snacking under a brand committed to reducing its environmental impact, in a circular economy and for a positive social impact. The spent grain is recovered, the cereals from the beer brewing process, to be used in certain products. The entire range is available in bulk, organic and 90-99% locally sourced. The crackers, biscuits and cracottes are produced in MAD LAB’s workshop in Brussels.
